@SabrinaRocks1 If your hair is getting frizzy when you release it from the curling iron, then you're hair is probably a little bit damaged. I wouldn't suggest rolling your hair through the curling iron because it's possible your hair is getting stuck in the barrel and pulling strands. You can still start from the root of the hair, but when you turn the curling iron, release some pressure from the handle so it's not completely clamped down.

@discodollface maybe i rolled it too tight...because i didnt clamp it, i had my thumb/forefinger on most times, except when it goes around, thanks :)

Thanks for this! My hair is very fine as well, lots of it, but fine, so it doesn't hold curl at all. I'll give this a try.

I figured that your technique would give you fishhooks, but i guess not.
And you seem to spray it WAAAY too much. I'm sure the whole head spraying would have protected it enough.

I have thick, curly hair and the HOT tools 1 inch curling iron makes beautiful, almost like Taylor Swift curls when I use it....I definitely recomend it!!!
