Grumble volcano shortcut no mushrooms needed

a quick shortcut under a minute in time complete beats the expert ghost staffs time and easily unlocks it too. no mushrooms needed to get to the rock. its simple but if you dont pass under a certain the rock starts to shake and makes you fall off i will explain a bit more with annotations. i know i didnt discover this shortcut but i tried it and worked fine, so... maybe some of you seen it and some havent.
